1.) RAP henceforth, will refer to Randy Arnote, Randy Arnote Photography, his heirs, executives, assigns or authorized representative acting in or on his behalf or service. 2.) Member henceforth, will refer to any individual of legal age and sound mind to contract in their own name. 3.) Personal Privacy Protection and Information - Our sever collects the URL of all visitors as well as which pages consumers access or visit, for the purpose of aggregate statistical information only. RAP collects information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information, comments, suggestions, and complaints so as to improve the content of our web page. RAP collects e-mail addresses for the pupose of announcing new content or services available, or notification of any membership changes. RAP confirms that no information collected will ever be sold, submitted or offered to thrid parties, and will be secured and held in a confidential manner. Member has the right to be removed for RAP mailings by sending an e-mail request to the RAP Webmaster at anytime. 4.) Member understands that RAP is not a site dedicated to adult, erotic, or sexually orientated photography but does reserve the right to display said material without offense to the member. 5.) Member certifies and agrees that all material procurred from this site is for personal use only and will not attempt to sale, profit, or distribute said material for personal profit, gain, or commerical use. Member further agrees to hold RAP harmless in any and all litigation. 6.) RAP reserves the right to change this service agreement as it pertains to the RAP Photo Club at anytime without notice to its members. RAP will attest to the current service agreement in effect at the time of current members membership so as not to affect their membership status or rights 7.) Rap aggrees to provide all services as stated in the photoclub.html file, and to provide prompt, courteous, professional service to any and all inquirys or problems a member may have. |
